Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
Effective: Upon publication on tryore.com · Last Updated: September 8, 2026
At ORE, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our voluntary first-order trial offer lets eligible customers request a dissatisfaction refund after at least 30 days of use, during days 31–45 after delivery, subject to the terms below.
This policy applies to orders placed after this version is published on tryore.com. Earlier orders remain subject to the policy and promises offered at purchase. Nothing in this policy limits applicable consumer rights or any more favorable refund promise made at the time of purchase.
First-Order Trial & Return Offer
Use for at least 30 days. Request during days 31–45 after delivery. Return required; you purchase your own return shipping label. Actively placing a second order before an eligible request ends first-order eligibility. Safety and product-problem exceptions apply.
1. Thirty-Day Trial and Request Window
To qualify for a voluntary dissatisfaction refund, use the product according to its label directions for at least 30 days. After completing that minimum trial, submit your request during the following 15-day window: days 31 through 45 after delivery, inclusive. The day after delivery is day 1.
Your request must reach us by the end of day 45 after delivery. Requests before day 31 or after day 45 do not qualify for this voluntary offer. Starting use later does not extend the deadline. The safety and product-problem exceptions in section 5 do not require you to complete the trial or wait until day 31.
2. First-Order Eligibility and Repeat Purchases
-
Only your first order placed directly through tryore.com is eligible for a voluntary dissatisfaction refund. This is one first order per customer, not a new trial for each product, account, or email address.
-
Second and subsequent orders are not eligible for voluntary dissatisfaction refunds.
-
If you actively place a second order before submitting an otherwise eligible refund request, your first order becomes non-refundable under this voluntary offer.
-
A second order placed after you submit an otherwise eligible request does not invalidate that request. Eligibility is based on when you submit the request, not when we review it.
-
An automatic subscription renewal does not count as an actively placed second order and does not retroactively void an otherwise eligible first-order refund claim. Renewal orders themselves are not eligible for voluntary dissatisfaction refunds.
These restrictions do not limit the safety and product-problem exceptions in section 5 or your applicable consumer rights.
3. Refund Process
-
Email helpful@tryore.com during the eligible request window with your order number, delivery date, a brief reason for the request, and confirmation that you used the product according to its label directions for at least 30 days. For safety or product problems, follow section 5 instead.
-
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility and return instructions. A timely, otherwise eligible request remains timely while we review it or arrange the return.
-
After we receive and verify the authorized return, we will issue the approved refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
-
Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is issued for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
4. Return of Product and Shipping Costs
For a voluntary dissatisfaction refund, you must return the product, including any remaining contents and the bottle or bottles, even if empty. Contact us first for the return address and instructions before shipping anything.
You must purchase and pay for your own return shipping label. ORE does not provide a prepaid label or reimburse return shipping for voluntary dissatisfaction returns. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information.
The days 31–45 deadline is for submitting your request, not for the return to arrive. Safety and damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims are handled separately under section 5.
5. Safety Concerns and Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you suspect an adverse reaction, stop using the product and contact us promptly at helpful@tryore.com. You are not required to continue use, restart use, or complete the 30-day trial to request assistance or a refund for a safety concern.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include photos when available. We will provide a replacement at no cost or a full refund, at your preference, once the issue is verified.
We review suspected adverse reactions separately to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable. Safety and damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims are not subject to the minimum-use requirement, the days 31–45 request window, the first-order-only restriction, or the repeat-purchase exclusion. These exceptions apply to subscription renewals as well.
Do not return a product involved in a safety concern until we provide instructions. If we require a return for a claim under this section, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Subscription Cancellations
If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not itself refund an order already charged. Your first subscription order may qualify under the first-order trial terms above; automatic renewal orders do not qualify for voluntary dissatisfaction refunds. Automatic renewals do not remove an otherwise eligible first-order claim.
To cancel your subscription, you can manage your settings through your account or contact us at helpful@tryore.com. Safety and product problems remain covered by section 5.
7. Exchanges
We do not process exchanges under the voluntary dissatisfaction offer. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, see section 5. If you want to request a voluntary dissatisfaction refund and then reorder, submit your otherwise eligible refund request before actively placing another order.
8. Fair Use and Fraud Prevention
We may request information reasonably needed to verify a claim, such as proof of purchase, delivery information, or return tracking. We may deny a voluntary dissatisfaction claim when documented evidence shows a duplicate refund for the same purchase, falsified order or return information, return of unrelated goods, or use of multiple accounts to obtain additional first-order refunds by the same customer.
Reviews are based on verifiable purchase and return behavior. A shared surname, a shared address, or an order from another state or location is not, by itself, a reason to deny a claim or treat separate customers as the same person. We will explain the specific reason for a denial and give you an opportunity to correct inaccurate information. This review process does not limit applicable consumer rights.
